This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Gaylord Michaywe Kampground is a delightful place to do that, and a lake nearby is Long Lake. Through the days of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Chain-O-Lakes. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's while the cold winter       nights at Chain-O-Lakes are in the 0's. Just can't get enough of Chain-O-Lakes. A great close by hotel is Gaylord Inn, and Chain-O-Lakes is not the only place close by, Horseshoe Lake is a close by lake. From a rainfall point of view Chain-O-Lakes is a pretty normal site; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Head up to Treetops Sylvan and strap some skis to your feet, and if                  you need a site to stay Americas Best Value Inn - Gaylord is a nice choice.
