Cedar Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Logan Hills Campground is a tremendous local campground, and not far from Cedar Lake you'll come across Hardwood Lake which is a beautiful lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Cedar Lake; East Fireline Trail is a splendid local trail, and right next door to Cedar Lake you stumble       on a golf course called Edgewood Golf Course. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! Cedar Lake rocks! A perfect location to camp here at Cedar Lake is Lost Valley Campgrounds, and don't leave Cedar Lake without first going for a hike along the Sterling Truck Trail. Cedar Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rain; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is usually the driest month. There's great hiking along                  the Lame Duck Truck Trail, and if you need a place to stay Super 8 West Branch is a pleasant choice. All through the summertime months at Cedar Lake highs are typically in the 80's while night lows are usually in the 50's.
