Flanders Lake is a lake in the vicinity, and why not camp at Hesperia Campground since you're here at Burris Lake. Summer at Burris Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Burris Lake are in the 10's. Burris Lake gets a common amount of precipitation; the month of August       is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Going for a hike on the Horseshoe Lake Cycle Trail is always a fine adventure, and dry warm beds await you at Double JJ Log Homes. Go for a hike on the Newaygo County Snowmobile Trail; after a long day outdoors Double JJ Thoroghbred Suites is a perfect spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. There are glorious locations to discover along the Honeymoon Lake                  Snowmobile Trail, and Burris Lake is not far at all from Muskegon-Norton Shores. So many exciting things right next door to Burris Lake, simply striking.
