Summertime highs at Bungo Lake generally tend to be in the 80's while overnight lows are frequently in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Bungo Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. Bungo Lake is a good place of normal rain; the wettest month of the year is usually September, that's the one that rains the most, and February       is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer then a pleasant close by course is Eagle Glen Golf Course, and if you need a place to stay Serendipity Bed & Breakfast Inn is a wonderful choice. While you're here at Bungo Lake you will meet lots of folks from nearby Mount Pleasant, and camping at Bungo Lake is tremendous fun, Lake George Campgrounds is a tremendous local campground. Sandy Shores Resort is a tremendous campground here,                  and Budd Lake Motel is a fine site to get some rest. You absolutely must fancy Bungo Lake.
