The yearly rain here at Brule Lake is about average; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is regularly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Kentuck-Spectacle Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty       of this vicinity, and glorious skiing awaits you at Ski Brule. Dry warm beds await you at Americinn - Iron River, Mi, and if you came to camp Kentuck Lake Campground is a great place to do that. You can never get enough of the tremendous skiing at Brule Mountain, and you can run the rapids of Pine River. What a site this is for outdoors folks. While you're here at Brule Lake you can take a hike along the Kimball Creek Trail, and a lake nearby is Horn Lake.                  The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Brule Lake, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 10's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Brule Lake temperatures drop to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful.
