Brownwood Lake gets a typical amount of annual rainfall; throughout the month of September you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. You think that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Comfort Inn & Suites is a wonderful place to get some rest, and       an afternoon playing golf at Lake Cora Hills Golf Course is always a delight. A fine close by hotel is Econo Lodge Paw Paw. This lake is so wonderful. Very pretty scenery and good skiing is what you get at Bittersweet; this is a popular spot for folks from Kalamazoo-Portage. This is a fine neighborhood for people who like lakes. Wilcox Lake is a lake close at hand, and hey, Gotta ski right? Timber Ridge is a good place to do that. Through the warmest time                  of the year, highs usually are in the 80's at Brownwood Lake. Through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Brownwood Lake.
