There's so much to do here at Browns Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Milakokia Lake Campground is a delightful place for that; a beautiful lake like Lilly Lake is a brilliant location to check out. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Newberry is a glorious location to spend a night or two; Mitten Lake is a brilliant lake nearby. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Browns Lake; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime

| | are generally in the 20's with temperatures at Browns Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Browns Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Michihistrigan Mini-golf is a perfect local campground, and a quick journey to Taylor Creek is certainly a good idea.
The annual rain here at Browns Lake is about average; September is the wettest month with most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. | |

Most sites are grassy and have a mix of sun and shade and are mostly level with some having pads for the large RV's; there are pull throughs too. We welcome big rigs, tents and anything inbetween! We have some excellent spots to situate a group camping atmosphere or family reunion.
