You'll need more than a day to discover everything Brown Lake has to offer, you can camp at Three Lakes Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Trout Lake Bicentennial Hiking Trail; dry warm beds await you at Kewadin Shores Casino Hotel. Some nearby water includes Creek Number Eight, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Lakefront Inn & Suites is a wonderful site       to spend a night or two. Brown Lake is a good spot of typical precipitation; throughout August this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. Be careful coming to Brown Lake, you might not ever want to return back home again. A picturesque lake like Walker Lake next to Brown Lake is a great location to take a look at. For the duration of the warm months highs here at Brown Lake reach the 70's while overnight lows are typically in                  the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Brown Lake.
