Wixom Lake in the Summer - 2009...
Grant Subdivision Access and Boat Launch. Have two homes/cottages listed in this subdivision....
Wixom Lake offers fun for all ages all year round. Some of the homes have fantastic sandy beaches for swimming in the summer. Ice fishing and snowmobiling for winter fun! The Gladwin County Ice Carnival used to be held on the lake, many years ago, partly for safety reasons, the carnival was moved onto land across the road from where is had been held on the water. There are mud bogs and truck pulls and racing. There is also a lot of state land near the Wixom Lake area. It's a great area, whether you live here year round or just come to visit!...
