So much amusing stuff to do here at Brandts Pond, too fine to be true. If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yellow Dog River. Brandts Pond gets a typical amount of yearly precipitation; through September this area sees the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Country Inn,       and swing by Johnson Creek it's a brilliant site to go to. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Holyoke Trail, and if you came to camp Country Village RV Park is a good spot to do that. All through the warm days of summer at Brandts Pond highs are regularly in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. All through the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's; overnight lows at Brandts Pond during the winter commonly                  plunge into the 0's. If you're dropping by Brandts Pond from Marquette, you won't be the only one, and whitewater paddling is fine on Big Garlic River.
