Lakes are fine; Kidney Lake is a lake that's near Bows Lake. This is a great neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Hoffman Lake is a lake in close proximity; hey, Gotta ski right? Boyne Mountain is a glorious location to do that. A typical amount of precipitation falls here at Bows Lake; the month of September is the       wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. What would winter be without some skiing at Treetops Sylvan, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express GAYLORD. Having a glorious time at Bows Lake is painless. Paddling on Bear River is so much fun; whitewater paddling is nice on Sturgeon River. For the duration of the days of summer here at Bows Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's. Summer overnight                  lows dip down to the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Bows Lake tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
