This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at AmericInn Munising, and you can go for a hike on the Haywire Grade ORV Trail. During the summer months, highs commonly are in the 70's at Bourgois Lake. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. The cold days of       the winter come with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Bourgois Lake dip into the 0's. This is a splendid area for folks who like lakes. West Branch Lakes is a lake in the neighborhood, and a tremendous spot to camp here at Bourgois Lake is Hiawatha Resort and Campground. Bourgois Lake is a good site of common rainfall; through September this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.                  Camping at Edgewood Motel is always a pleasant experience, and wonderful hiking is available along the Bay De Noe Grand Island Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot.
