Booth Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Ste. Kathryn Campground is a great local campground; get yourself into a kayak and hit Sturgeon River. High temperatures at Booth Lake through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 20's, and night lows through the wintertime for Booth Lake tend to be in the 0's. There's so much

| | to do here at Booth Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lower Dam Lake Campground is a glorious spot for that, and pleasant hiking is available along the Pelkie Creek Hunter Walking Trails. This lake is so wonderful. Ski Brule has magnificent slopes and a friendly staff, and while you're here, you could also go to picturesque Saw Lake.
