There's so much to do here at Bob Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Bob Lake Campground and Picnic Area is a pleasant place for that, and a stunning lake like Very Sudden Pond is a great location to check out. From a rain point of view Bob Lake is a quite normal place; all through the month of September you get the most rain around here, and February is when it's the driest. Paddling on Otter       River - West Branch is so much fun; going for a hike along the Pelkie Creek Hunter Walking Trails will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Man, is there lots of cool things to do close to Bob Lake. Bob Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Sparrow Rapids Campground is a great local campground. High temperatures at Bob Lake through the months of summer are in the 70's, and the night is a little cooler of course, commonly in the 50's.                  Through the winter highs are in the 10's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Bob Lake drop into the 0's. Sturgeon River - West Branch has a perfect whitewater paddling spot close by; do visit Sudden Lake, it's a lovely lake.
