There's so much to do here at Blue Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Twin Lakes Campground is a great place for that, and a great nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Express HOUGHTON LAKE. Blue Lake gets a typical amount of yearly precipitation; September is the month that gets the       most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Stay the night at Sugar Hills Campgrounds, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Lakeside is a wonderful location to spend a night or two. A lake nearby is Trout Lake. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Blue Lake. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's.
