This lake is so wonderful. Alpena-Days Inn is a glorious site to get some rest; if you've had enough of Blue Lake, Denton Lake is nearby. Yep, outdoors fun things to do are really plentiful here at Blue Lake. There are fine places to discover along the Norway Ridge Trail. Don't leave Blue Lake without first going for a hike along the Devils Lake Trail, and you're almost certainly       interested in lakes, Duck Lake is one of those close by. Blue Lake is a good place of normal rain; August is the wettest month with most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Paradise Lodge Resort is a splendid campground nearby, and the great folks of Alpena like to hang out close by.
