Hiawatha Resort and Campground is a splendid campground here, and going to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. The amount of rainfall that falls at Blue Lake is close to the national average; most of the rain falls       through September, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Blue Lake is a delightful place to camp, Wide Water Campground is a delightful place; a tremendous nearby hotel is Comfort Inn Munising. Throughout the summer at Blue Lake highs are usually in the 70's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Blue Lake are in the                  0's. Going for a hike along the Big Island Lake Portage Canoe Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Au Train River. Any time is a magnificent time at Blue Lake if you adore the outdoors. This is a perfect area for people who like lakes.
