Lakes are good; Lower Big Stone Lake is a lake that's right next door to Blanchard Lake. Blanchard Lake is a good location of typical rain; the wettest month of the year is commonly September, that's the one that rains the most; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Blanchard Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Spring       Hill is a tremendous local campground, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Big Rapids here. Summertime highs at Blanchard Lake usually tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's; after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Blanchard Lake sink into the 0's.
