Going for a hike on the North Country National Scenic Trail is always a pleasant adventure. The snow is fine at Crystal Mountain; R and J Resort Campground is a delightful campground nearby. Summertime highs at Blacksmith Bayou frequently tend to be in the 70's with       night lows in the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are mostly in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Blacksmith Bayou. This lake is so wonderful.
