Through the summertime months at Bishop Lake highs are frequently in the 70's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Bishop Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. Bishop Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a       day at, Edgewood Motel is a brilliant local campground. Yeah, come here to Bishop Lake for a fine time. There's so much to do here at Bishop Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Whispering Valley Campground is a glorious site for that; going for a hike on the Haymeadow Falls Trail is always a great adventure. From a rain point of view Bishop Lake is a rather common site; September is when you get the most rain here, and February is when it's the driest.                  You could also check out Greens Lake while you're here at Bishop Lake; it's nearby; you can go for a hike on the Bay De Noe Grand Island Trail.
