The yearly precipitation here at Big Blue Lake is about average; September is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. All the outdoors fun stuff close to Big Blue Lake will keep you coming back many times. People from Muskegon-Norton Shores love to come to Big Blue Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Thoroughbred Golf Club is a good way to kill some time; Oak Knoll       Campground is a great campground here. Lakes are tremendous; Britton Lake is a lake that's near Big Blue Lake, and Big Blue Lake is a fine place to camp, Muskegon Koa Kampground is a fine place. A nice nearby hotel is Ramada Inn Of Whitehall, and going for a hike on the Horseshoe Lake Cycle Trail is always a great adventure.
