     If you need a site to stay Treetops Resort is a good choice. Lakes? Sure, Mud Lake is in the vicinity. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sturgeon River, and everybody close by loves skiing at Treetops Sylvan. For the duration of the summer highs here at Big Bass Lake get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter  
   are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Big Bass Lake. Big Bass Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; September is the month that gets the most rain while February is ordinarily the driest month.
A tremendous nearby hotel is Americas Best Value Inn - Gaylord; Big Bass Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Gaylord Michaywe Kampground is a nice local campground. Gotta ski! Hanson Hills is a brilliant location to do that, and since
 
               you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Little Bass Lake. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! Big Bass Lake is unbeatable! Camping at K O A Kampgrounds is always a good experience.

Twenty-three downhill runs wind their way through the majestic hardwood forest that covers the 400-acre winter park. Snowboarders are welcome at Treetops. They are allowed on the entire ski area and have a new terrain park with 12 features for their own private use.The new terrain park contains 2 flat 10' beginner rails as well as a 20' intermediate round rail. There are some challenging additions such as a beginner 16' battle ship kinked rail as well as a 16' intermediate rainbow rail.
