Get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Pemebonwon - North Branch, and if you need a site to stay Americinn - Norway, Mi is a brilliant choice. Benton Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls during June; February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Americinn is a fine location to get some rest, and skiing at Norway Mountain is one of those       things you just have to do. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Menominee River; if you came to camp Norway Lake Park Paystation is a pleasant location to do that. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Benton Lake. While you're here at Benton Lake you will meet lots of folks from close by Iron Mountain. During the summertime at Benton Lake highs are commonly in the 70's. Once the sun is down                  it sinks down to the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Benton Lake are in the-10's.
