Behlow Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Robbins Pond Campground is a tremendous local campground, and a nice close by hotel is Wild Eagle Lodge. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Behlow Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Paulging Pond Campground and Picnic Area is a perfect place for that, and why not take a little spree to Matheson Creek while you're here. You can       run the rapids of Ontonagon River - Middle Branch in close proximity to Behlow Lake, and since you're here you can take a hike along the North Country National Scenic Trail. Throughout the summertime, highs generally are in the 70's at Behlow Lake. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 10's with temperatures at Behlow Lake dipping down into the-10's during winter nights.
