Not far from Beaver Pond, you'll stumble on Marion Lake which is a delightful lake. Dry warm beds await you at Settle Inn & Stes Eagle River, and naturally Cedar Creek flows through this area. Going for a hike on the Anvil Lake Trail System is always a brilliant adventure, and in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ontonagon       River - Middle Branch. Beaver Pond gets a normal amount of precipitation; throughout September this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. For the duration of the summertime months at Beaver Pond highs are usually in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Beaver Pond temperatures drop to the 0's.                  This site rules, just look at all the exciting stuff to do right next door to Beaver Pond.
