There's so much to do here at Bear Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Thunder Bay Resort is a tremendous place for that. A typical amount of rain falls here at Bear Lake; through the month of September you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. People from Alpena love to come to Bear Lake, and a beautiful       lake like Lake Louise is a magnificent location to visit. Lakes are such peaceful places, why not take a look at Lost Lake in the neighborhood of Bear Lake; Bear Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Lyons Landing & Travel Trailer is a splendid local campground. Ocqueoc River has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by. Throughout the summer months here at Bear Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's while nighttime lows are                  mostly in the 50's.
