Visit Saint Johns Creek while you're here at Bear Lake, and Hancock Recreation Area is a pleasant campground nearby. From a rain point of view Bear Lake is a relatively normal location; January is the month that gets the most snow, and the driest of the months is April. Ramada Waterfront of Hancock is a wonderful place to get some rest, and if you come at the right time of year, Gratiot River offers some great whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous nearby hotel is Best Western Copper Crown Motel. Lakes? Sure, Lake Annie is in close proximity. | |

Yeah, come here to Bear Lake for a nice time. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Lily Pond; Bear Lake is a glorious location to visit for more than one day, Sunset Bay RV Resort is a glorious location to camp nearby.
