Paddling on Ocqueoc River is so much fun, and Bear Den Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Shady Acres Campground is a great local campground. All through the summer months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Bear Den Lake. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Bear Den Lake temperatures fall to the 0's. A normal amount of rain falls here at Bear

After a long day outdoors Treetops Resort is a good place to spend a night or two, and do check out Lake Geneva, it's a scenic lake. This lake is so wonderful. Some nearby water includes Montague Creek, and you'll discover a gorgeous lake called Little Joe Lake. | |
