Twin Lakes is a lake close at hand, and while you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Iron Mountain. Throughout the warmest time of the year, highs frequently are in the 70's at Bat Lake. Through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. All through the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 20's; nighttime lows during the winter for Bat Lake tend to be in the-10's. After a long       day outdoors Super 8 Iron Mountain MI is a good location to spend a night or two. You're in all probability addicted to lakes, Island Lake is one of those close by, and Bat Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Silver Lake Resort is a magnificent local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Michigamme River, and a magnificent place to camp here at Bat Lake is Michigamme                  Shores Campground.
