If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Bass Lake. Go for a hike on the Rainbow Falls Trail. Really great skiing awaits you at Big Powderhorn Mountain, and Henry Lake Campground is a fine campground nearby. Going for a hike on the Alligator Eye Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and if you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on       Presque Isle. This lake is so wonderful. You can never get enough of the splendid skiing at Indianhead; do take a look at Kinglet Creek while you're here at Bass Lake. Yep, outdoors cool things truly is abundant here in the Gogebic Range. Little Carp River has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by; Ontonagon County Park Campground and Picnic Area is a nice local campground. The Gogebic Range scenery is always beautiful.
