A pleasant location to camp here at Bass Lake is Lake Chemung Outdoor Resort, and if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brighton, Mi is a perfect choice. Get dripping wet paddling on Huron River. High temperatures at Bass Lake throughout the summer months are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. Through the winter highs are commonly       in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Bass Lake. What a place this is for outdoors folks. While you're here at Bass Lake you can play some golf at Rush Lake Hills Golf Club, and you'll stumble on a pretty lake called Arms Lake. Camping is available at Hell Creek Ranch, and if you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Ann Arbor. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous close by hotel is Grand View Inn and Suites Howell, and                  Mount Holly is a fine local ski area. Bass Lake gets a normal amount of annual rain; September is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
