This is a popular place for people from South Bend-Mishawaka; you can run the rapids of Christiana Creek. Get your heart pumping on the pleasant whitewater of East Race; if you came to camp Spaulding Lake Campground is a delightful place to do that. A lovely lake like Mudd Lake close to Barron Lake                  is a brilliant spot to have a look at, and after a long day outdoors Niles Inn & Conference Center is a nice place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Some of the water nearby flows, like Mudd Lake Extension Drain, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Hampshire Country Club.
