Barclay Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Two Hearted River Campground is a pleasant local campground; dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Newberry. This is a good area for folks who like lakes. Pike Lake is a lake close at hand; after a long day outdoors Americas Best Value Inn is a tremendous location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid site to camp here at Barclay Lake is Reed and Green Bridge Campground; probably you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Round Lake is just a very short distance away. Summertime highs at Barclay Lake mostly tend to be in the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are regularly in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Barclay Lake. | |
