The yearly rain here at Barber Lakes is about average; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. Best Western Of Howell is a nice place to get some rest; the cheerful folks of Ann Arbor like to hang out close       by. Hell Creek Ranch is a great campground nearby; Bently Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Barber Lakes. Playing golf is lots of fun at Timber Trace Golf Club; dry warm beds await you at Kensington Inn. This lake is so wonderful. Really splendid skiing awaits you at Mount Brighton, and a lake nearby is Mill Pond. Through the summertime months at Barber Lakes highs are commonly in the 80's,                  and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
