High temperatures at Bar Lake through the summertime are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's; nighttime lows throughout the winter for Bar Lake tend to be in the 10's. Bar Lake is a good place of normal rainfall; most of the rain falls during August, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. McLeam Lake is a nearby lake that       you could pop by, and going for a hike on the Horseshoe Lake Cycle Trail is always a nice adventure. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Bar Lake. Why not camp at Hesperia Campground if you're here at Bar Lake, and there are delightful places to discover along the Honeymoon Lake Snowmobile Trail. If you came for an overnight stay Pine Haven Camp Ground is a nice site to camp, and don't leave Bar Lake without first going for a hike along the                  Woods Trail.
