     Banks Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Wabasis Park Campground is a good place to camp nearby. Lakes? Sure, Halfmile Lake is in the neighborhood. Banks Lake gets a typical amount of annual rain; September is the wettest month with most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Dry warm beds await you at Crowne Plaza Hotel GRAND RAPIDS - AIRPORT, and the skiing at Cannonsburg is glorious. Not far from Banks Lake, you'll find Thomas  
   Lake which is a charming lake; a golf course close by is Greenville Country Club.
This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. Black Creek is a good local stream, and people from Grand Rapids-Wyoming love to come here. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors AmericInn Greenville is a tremendous location to spend a night or two, and Lincoln Pines Resort is a tremendous local campground.
Summertime at Banks Lake comes with high temperatures
 
               in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Banks Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.

Tek-E-Nink lake is a private lake with no public launch or beaches. There are no boat or cottage rentals on the lake. The lake is approximately 70 acres with 27 homes on it and wetlands on one side.
