This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Quality Inn & Suites is a tremendous location to spend a night or two. Lakes are splendid; Gooseneck Pond is a lake that's near Ashegun Lake. The yearly rainfall here at Ashegun Lake is about average; September is when you get the most rain here       while February is usually the driest month. There's so much to do here at Ashegun Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Blodgett Landing is a wonderful location for that; naturally, this is a great region for people who like lakes, Cranberry Lake is a lake close at hand. Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Big Rapids, Mi is a tremendous location to get some rest, and nice hiking is available along the Hungerford Cross Country Ski Trail. Yeah, come here                  to Ashegun Lake for a nice time. A round of golf at nearby Meceola Country Club is a tremendous way to kill some time, and take a look at nearby Featherbed Marsh. Throughout the warmest time of the year, highs commonly are in the 80's at Ashegun Lake. Summer night lows plunge down to the 50's.
