Get soaked paddling on Bear River, and swing by Certon Creek it's a pleasant site to stop by. Mackinaw City Camping is a perfect campground nearby, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Nubs Nob if you're here. At Arnott Lake during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's. Summer night lows dip down to the 50's. Arnott Lake is not the only place close by, Galloway Lake is a close by lake, and near Arnott Lake you locate a golf course called Wilderness Golf Course. A lake close by is Sherett Lake, and nearby you come across the Horseshoe Bay Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Inn/Mackinaw City is a brilliant place to get some rest. You can never get enough of the splendid skiing at Boyne Highlands, and after a long day outdoors Waterfront Inn is a delightful place to spend a night or two. This lake
is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Sturgeon River. The amount of rainfall that falls at Arnott Lake is close to the national average; the month with most of the rain is September, and the driest of the months is February.
