The amount of rain that falls at Altman Lake is close to the national average; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Pine River is so much fun, and wonderful scenery and great skiing is what you obtain at Caberfae Peaks. This       lake is so wonderful. Get covered with water paddling on Boardman River. Cadillac Sands Resort is a brilliant site to get some rest. Lakes? Sure, Meauwataka Lake is nearby. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Caberfae Way Snowmobile Trail, and there are plenty of folks from Cadillac here at Altman Lake. Summer at Altman Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. Throughout the winter                  highs are in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Altman Lake. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff close to Altman Lake will keep you coming back persistently.
