Sure, Seaman Lake is around here; great hiking is available along the Honeymoon Lake Snowmobile Trail. Go for a hike on the Ward Hills Snowmobile Trail, and getting to McCarthy Creek from Alice Lake is trouble-free. If you came for an overnight stay Leisure Time Campgroud is a wonderful place to camp, and don't leave Alice Lake without first going for a hike along the North Country National Scenic Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Alice       Lake, you'll find Heart Lake which is a gorgeous lake; camping is available at Enchanted Acres Campground. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Alice Lake. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Crystal Mountain is near Alice Lake. Summertime highs at Alice Lake usually tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight                  here at Alice Lake.
