The annual rain here at Addis Lakes is about average; through September this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Do pop by Line Lake in the vicinity of Addis Lakes, it's a striking lake, and in case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Au Train River. On a pleasant day at Addis Lakes you can take a hike along the Addis Lakes Ski Trail. There's so much to do here at Addis Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Hovey Lake Campground is a nice spot for that. All through the warm days of summer at Addis Lakes temperatures are regularly in the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 20's with temperatures at Addis Lakes dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights.
