Why not camp at Hovey Lake Campground while you're here at Ackerman Lake, and Ackerman Lake is right by the Chatham Ski Trail. Ackerman Lake gets a common amount of rainfall; September is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. The warmest time of the year at Ackerman Lake comes with high temperatures       in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are typically in the 20's with temperatures at Ackerman Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. Having a brilliant time at Ackerman Lake is painless. After a long day outdoors Munising - Days Inn is a delightful location to spend a night or two, and you'll stumble on a picturesque lake called Addis Lakes. You'll never forgive yourself                  if you don’t go skiing at Gladstone Ski Park since you're here; do pop by Joe Lake, it's a lovely lake. There's whitewater on Au Train River for all you thrill seekers, and the Addis Lakes Ski Trail offers hiking at its best. Super 8 Motel - Munising/Wetmore Area is a glorious place to get some rest; if you haven’t been to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, you must schedule some time for it if you're here.
