If you are traveling by, why not stop by York Pond. Having a tremendous time in the White Mountains is uncomplicated. There's so much to do here at York Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Pleasant River Campground is a good place for that. Lakes? Sure, Speck Pond is nearby. Going for a hike on the Table Rock Trail is always a delightful adventure; if you need a place to stay Grand Summit Resort Sunday River is a tremendous choice. Dry warm beds await

| | you at Sunday River, and there are pleasant places to explore along the Speck Pond Trail. Summertime at York Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at York Pond temperatures plunge to the 0's. water? Try Black Brook, and you can hit the slopes at Mount Abram nearby. Any time is a pleasant time at York Pond if you love the outdoors. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Sunday River, and a magnificent place
for whitewater paddling is Bear. York Pond is one of the lakes here in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from York Pond, you'll locate North Pond which is a gorgeous lake, and there is a great hiking trail
nearby called the Old Speck Mountain Trail. The yearly rain here at York Pond is about average; most of the rain falls throughout August; the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Mollidgewock Campground, and get your heart beating on the magnificent whitewater of Swift Cambridge River.
