If you came for an overnight stay Cathedral Pines Camping Area is a tremendous location to camp, and naturally, this is a pleasant neighborhood for people who like lakes, Elaine Pond is a lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Wing Pond; July is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month is February. A quick journey to Hay Bog Brook close to Wing Pond is a fine       idea, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Saddleback. Summertime highs at Wing Pond mostly tend to be in the 70's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are generally in the 20's, and overnight lows at Wing Pond during the wintertime mostly drop into the-10's. Don't leave Wing Pond without first going for a hike along the Arnold Trail. Lakes are pleasant; Sipun Pond is a lake that's close to Wing Pond.                  This lake is so wonderful. Float down the rapids of Cupsuptic River in a kayak; going for a hike on the Arnold Pond Trail is always a great adventure. From Wing Pond you acquire a great view of Caswell Mountain, and get covered with water paddling on Moose River - South Branch. Be careful coming to Wing Pond, you might not ever wanna return home again.
