If you are traveling by, why not stop by Whitehead Lake. Go for a hike on the Sweets Trail, and North Branch Three Brooks is close to Whitehead Lake and is always a delight to go to. Head up to Bigrock and strap some skis to your feet, and there's perfect hiking along the Kennedy Tote Road. Camping at Wilde Pines Campground is always a magnificent experience, and tremendous hiking is available along the Pierce Tote Road.

at Whitehead Lake fall into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Mars Hill Country Club is a magnificent way to kill some time, and if you need a spot to stay Shiretown Motor Inn is a magnificent choice.
This lake is so wonderful. Robinson Dam is a scenic site in close proximity to Whitehead Lake, and get your heart pumping on the perfect whitewater of Aroostook River.
