Go to Westfield Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. If the weather is nice here at Westfield Lake, you can go for a hike along the Kennedy Tote Road, and why not camp at Arndt's Aroostook River Lodge and Campground if you're here at Westfield Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Shiretown Motor Inn is a pleasant spot to get some rest; in case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Aroostook River. Have a good hiking adventure along

A fine nearby hotel is Crown Park Inn; the slopes of Bigrock are so inviting noone can resist. The annual precipitation here at Westfield Lake is about average; August is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. A good spot to camp here at Westfield Lake is Neil E Michaud Campground, and Salmon Brook has a delightful whitewater paddling spot close by.

While you're here at Westfield Lake you can take a hike along the Pierce Tote Road; you don’t have to go far from Westfield Lake to catch a glimpse of the water at Water District Reservoir Dam. For the period of the summertime months
at Westfield Lake temperatures are regularly in the 70's; the nighttime is quite cooler of course, typically in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 10's while Westfield Lake night low temperatures all through the winter are in the-10's.
