If you are traveling by, why not stop by Westfield Lake. This lake is so wonderful. This is a wonderful vicinity for folks who like lakes. Water District Reservoir is a lake in the vicinity, and after a long day outdoors Crown Park Inn is a pleasant place to spend a night or two. From a precipitation point of view Westfield Lake is a pretty common spot; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. Neil E

| | Michaud Campground is a great campground nearby, and get soaked paddling on Salmon Brook.
Summertime highs at Westfield Lake typically tend to be in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are usually in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Westfield Lake. There is a delightful hiking trail near Westfield Lake called the Sweets Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Shiretown Motor Inn. Water District | |

Reservoir Dam is worth visiting if you're here, and going for a hike on the Kennedy Tote Road is always a wonderful adventure.
What would winter be without some skiing at Bigrock; nearby you discover the Pierce Tote Road which
is a wonderful hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Aroostook River is so much fun. If you love the outdoors, you'll like Westfield Lake. Westfield Lake is a perfect site to visit for more than one day, Arndt's Aroostook
River Lodge and Campground is a perfect site to camp nearby, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Smith Farm Pond.
