A wonderful nearby hotel       is Bar Harbor Inn, and on a wonderful day it's a nice idea to spend the day at Pobblestone Cove. If you get bored of West Branch Pleasant River Reservoir, you could also go to nearby Snare Creek, and do schedule some time to pop by Grays Cove if you have a chance.
