Wesserunsett Lake is a lake worth visiting. This is a great area for people who like lakes. Cold Brook is a lake close at hand, and after a long day outdoors Bingham Motor Inn is a great place to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Wesserunsett Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Yonder Hill Campground is a wonderful place for that, and you're probably interested in lakes, Smith Pond is one of those close by. Playing golf is lots of fun

Get yourself into a kayak and hit Austin Stream; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Eaton Mountain. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Wesserunsett Lake. Why not explore Black Point also since you're here, and Rowell Hill can be observed from Wesserunsett Lake. Get soaked paddling on Wesserunsett Stream; if you're visiting from Augusta-Waterville, you won't be the only one.

Throughout the long summer days, highs usually are in the 70's at Wesserunsett Lake. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and during
the dark hours in the wintertime at Wesserunsett Lake temperatures plunge to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. You can take a little spree to East Madison Dam since you're here at Wesserunsett Lake, and if you need a site to stay
Comfort Inn & Suites is a great choice. All the water falling down from the sky makes Wesserunsett Lake a wet site; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
This lake is so wonderful.
You'll need more than a day to discover everything Wesserunsett Lake has to offer, you can camp at Sandy Beach Lakeside Campground, and if you're here, you could pop by Mill Stream.

Eaton Mountain

Eaton Mountain provides affordable and convenient skiing, snowboarding, and snowtubing to the greater Waterville/Skowhegan area. The mountain boasts a suprising variety of terrain for a compact ski area including glades, challenging steeps, and classic New England style trails. Most of the area is covered with snowmaking and is lit for nightskiiing. Equipment rentals and lessons are available. The base lodge has a snackbar and provides a place to warm up by the wood stove and meet friends.
The ski area has new owners as of November 2008 and will not be operating for the 2008-09 ski season. The new owners will be taking the time to make improvements and prepare for a grand reopening in the fall of 2009. Immediate improvements are planned to include an all new snowtubing facility and widening of the Moose slope for a new terrain park.

Breezy Acres Camps and Guide Service is located in both Solon and Eustis Maine. He have housekeeping cabins which are set up with full size stoves, refrigerators,microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The beds are made with linens and there are plenty of towels for the shower in the bathroom. Each cabin has its own picnic table, charcoal grill and outside fire pit. We can sleep up to 38 people.
You can access snowmobile and ATV trails right from the cabin for many miles of riding. Canoeing and kayaking on various lakes, ponds, streams and rivers are a great way to relax. Hunting, fishing, golf and white water rafting are some of the other activities that we offer.
We offer reasonable rates and great hospitality.
