On a fine day at Walker Pond you can take a hike along the Old Cove Trail; Eggemoggin Oceanfront Lodge is a glorious location to get some rest. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Black Pond, and don't leave Walker Pond without first checking out Gull Ledges. This lake is so wonderful. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Goose Falls, and Jerrys Meadow is a swamp in the neighborhood of Walker Pond. Walker Pond

| | Dam is not far at all from Walker Pond. There's so much to do here at Walker Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Robin Hood Camp is a nice place for that. Some close by water includes Billings Brook; not far from Walker Pond you'll locate Lily Pond which is a gorgeous lake. a little spree to nearby Snow Cove is a nice idea, and Walker Pond is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Sunshine Campground is a delightful local campground. High temperatures at Walker Pond all through the summer
are in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are ordinarily in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Walker Pond during the winter typically fall into the 0's. This
place, Walker Pond, it absolutely has so much outdoors fun stuff. The Sawyer Notch Trail is a wonderful hiking trail next to Walker Pond. The amount of precipitation that falls at Walker Pond is close to the national average; during
the month of November you get the most rain around here, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Blue Hill Falls, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Blue Hill Trail.
