This lake is so wonderful. Residence Inn Auburn is a fine location to get some rest, and whitewater       paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Crooked River. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of folks from Lewiston-Auburn come to Upper Range Pond, and after a long day outdoors Travelodge Lewiston is a great spot to spend a night or two. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Upper Range Pond. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's.
